I have had so many checkout experiences with different employees and all of them talked to me as they helped me, while still efficiently doing their job and making me feel like a valued customer. And the stock here!! I love how big the store is. There are so many beautiful things to look at, it's hard to ever want to leave. Good location, great staff and great stock.

This is my first visit to this location. The restroom was out of supplies and had not been cleaned or attended too in quite some time. Upon speaking with a manager, she informed me that she would “have someone check on it.” I did not get the sense that my criticism was taken seriously. I don’t know whether they did or not? This is a very uncharacteristic Hobby Lobby.
