  I needed my oven pilot light replaced, and Appliance Service Co. got me taken care of. They were able to install and finish up within my lunch break. He had all the tools and parts necessary to do the job, came clean and ready to work, and was extremely polite. I will definitely be hiring them again as the need arises.

  We are beyond thankful for Russell and the incredible work he does! He’s our go-to for every single unit at our duplex community. His reliability, skill, and fairness are unmatched. Whether it’s a small fix or a major repair, we know we can count on him to get the job done right. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about the people they’re helping. We’re lucky to work with him and can’t recommend him highly enough!

  Our refrigerator had water on the shelves which indicated the drain was clogged. I had called other providers but they would not return my call or even answer the phone. When I called Appliance Service Co, I spoke with a woman I found out later she was Russell's wife and she told me she would contact me with a date and time the repair could be made. Russell the owner arrived on time on the date that was scheduled. Russell was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to unstop the drain. Russell was very friendly and wasted no time in making the repair. He was very thorough and made sure the drain was unclogged. I was desperate when I called to make the appointment and failed to ask for an estimated cost. When I was given the invoice I was very pleased with the price for repair. I don't normally write reviews, but in this day and time, it's hard to find someone you can trust when this type of repair is needed. I would HIGHLY recommend Appliance Service Co. when you need appliance and HVAC repairs.

  My A/c quit during the summer. A neighbor had given me a business card & high recommendation so I called. What I got was a courteous receptionist who got my info & a/c problems. He came the next day & fixed it quickly. He showed me the 2 parts that were no longer working, charged a very reasonable rate, was respectful throughout.
