- BABlack Independent Party of Ark1 day ago1.0I'm doing a delivery driver. I walk in. They greet all the white customers and they ignore me. I go to get the order registered. 10 minutes later nothing is said. After 10 minutes of them saying nothing to me and I'm watching them greet all the other customers and they ain't say a word to me. They send me over to the Garden center. Because it's only two bags of soil that I've been waiting 15 minutes for. Then I go up to the next clerk in the garden center and asked him where is the order it's been 10-15 minutes. She wants to start arguing with me saying I have attitude. No I watched all these white customers get greeted at the door and me being a black person nothing was said to me but as soon as they think I'm out of line they want to start calling for management when they should have gave me my soil. And another thing. Intentional discrimination is a government crime. I already proved intention discrimination by your workers.

The associate at the store said if the delivery guy didn't hook up the new water line to the refrigerator, it would void the warranty. When the delivery guys arrived, they said they are not plumbers, they couldn't hook up the new water line. They need to get it together and someone needs to quit lying!

My husband reached out after being contacted and asked to do so and still nothing was done! Absolutely horrible way to conduct business and customer service!
