    Now I know why customer service is so horrible, when the assistant manager offers no solutions, only more problems, it makes sense as to why none of the associates that work under him would have any solutions. I placed an order last week, that was delivered except 1 item that needs to be installed before anything else can be used, the store was supposed to call and confirm, instead they canceled the item, without informing me, and have zero solution, or want to try and help a customer that orders thousands monthly via Lowe’s pro. I ordered a fridge last October with a 3 year extended warranty that arrived damaged, and Lowe’s told me to call the manufacturer even though it was there issue, I did and still have no solution months later, and now am told there is nothing they can do because it was months ago. A $3000 refrigerator damaged, and a $1250 order misappropriated. No concern, no solution, only more problems for the customer with no regard or sign of sympathy. What a shame.

    Thanks Josh! Went to Lowe's 2-13-26 for a specific item. Josh was SUPER helpful. He went out of his way to find the item & get it off of a high shelf for us. He was busy filling orders but took the time to help & was friendly about it. Excellent customer service from Josh! 10/10

    Bought a maytag washer from Lowes in Ft Smith on 2/13/26. I washed three loads of clothes. This morning, I wanted to wash sheets, the lid locked and it started flashing lights and would not run. I called the store and was told the manager would call me back. No call was received but I received an email that they scheduled a pick up for Monday morning. I called the store and asked if they would bring a replacement with them. I was told no, I would have to come into the store and talk to management. This makes no sense. Edit....on 2/15/2026 I received 2 emails and a phone call that a delivery was scheduled between 4:30 and 8:30 pm on 2/16. I thought great, they're going to bring me a replacement when they do the pickup. I called the number you posted this morning at 7 AM CST. I spoke to Ariel in the extended protection department. Ariel said he couldn't help me, I would need to call the store. I called the Ft Smith store and spoke to James. I gave him the order number in the email that said there would be a delivery of a replacement washer. He said it was not a delivery but to pick up the washer with the lid locked with my stuff still inside. So, at this point there is still no resolution. 2/17/2026 the washer was picked up last night about 7:30 PM. He was very nice and respectful. He called when he arrived as it was dark to let me know he was there to pick it up. My items inside the washer are gone forever. Now, I'm waiting on Lowes to credit the money back to my card so I can buy another one. I planned to buy the matching dryer and a dishwasher when my taxes came back. I doubt very seriously that I'll buy from Lowes again.

    the guy who sold us the washer and dryer was great very knowledgeable and explained everything great. This is more directed towards the delivery services, what’s the point in the ridiculous 4 hour window if they’re going to show up before the time frame slap a reschedule paper on the door and leave.

    First I could not get consisten help selecting paint for walls and ceiling. The guy just said I think it's 2 or 3 aisles over to the right. Ok 2 or 3 aisles from where? He.pointed to aisles. I picked out paint for the walls but couldn't find ceiling paint. I went back to him and he said on the aisle you were.on. I go back, another t her associate showed me where it was. I showed the color I wanted to First associate he rolled his eyes and sighed. Qell it was wrong color so I take it back and assured I now had cir I wanted. Nope it was too dark I asked for very very light gray and is dark gray. Took that gallon of paint to Ace and they remixed to lighten and turned out perfect color. And customer service at Ace was excellent. I am so sorry I inconvieaned Lowes although they couldn't get my order right the second time. Good luck.
