He approached me and asked if I needed help which I greatly appreciated! He dug through the bit drawer and miraculously found one! But Eric is the type of guy that goes above and beyond, so he asked me what I was working on. I informed him I was doing a car detail and little did I know this man is a car guru! He gave me advice on how to do it properly, told me what to watch out for, and even recommended some plastic razorblades for cleaning the cracks and crevices! I went from feeling overwhelmed and frustrated to amazed and grateful. So happy Eric was there today, he really went above and beyond and was extremely kind and friendly. Thanks man!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
