    Bought washer and dryer 12/17/25 Was soonest delivery 12/27/25. The night before, 12/26/25, Got text that delivery would be from 3:30 to 7:30 pm. I called and asked for a daytime delivery, as I live alone in the country and there are two gates To navigate, one very narrow. My yard is not easy to navigate at night also. Told no. Also told to expect mine to be closer to 7:30. As my location was the farthest. Displaced, I agreed. After realizing I paid a delivery fee and a fee for them to pick up the old appliances I called back and asked if we could change the delivery date for sometime the following week so that I could have a daytime delivery. No, cannot promise. I asked what they did for people who worked in the afternoons and evenings And got no answer. I tried every way to negotiate a daytime delivery and neither of the two people I spoke with, although polite would guarantee me daytime delivery. If mine was the farthest, why not start with me. I will now shop locally, pay more, but I will not be told when a delivery is made to my House when I pay for it.

    They have the worst employees. They don't care if they sell anything or not. We went to buy a dryer the guy wasn't very good at helping at all we went to customer service to pay for it. They never said thankyou never told where to go to pick it up. Stood up front for 40 minutes waiting for them to bring it .Finally we went back to the appliance Department the employee said pick it up by the middle door he Finally brought it out to us helped load it never said thankyou never explained anything about it or about warranty. Lowes has really gone down hill.

    Ordered flooring, go the notification it was ready and when i got there they only gave me the underlayment pad. I asked where the floor was the manager told me it would be a 4 or 5 days, i said why it said you have it in stock now she said she dont know and wouldnt help me further. Talked to customer service on the phone and it said it was in transit, why would it be in transit if it was in stock in the store. They said if i order online it has to be sent from their warehouse. That is so stupid if they have it in stock. Well they just lost a MAJOR sale today to your competitor Home Depot.
