I had the best experience at the Fayetteville MLK Lowe’s this evening. I went in looking for a tool and a new kitchen faucet since mine has been leaking and needed to be replaced.
One of the associates, Harold, was in the faucet aisle, and I asked him a few questions about what I was experiencing with my current faucet. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also so kind and a pleasure to speak with. He spent about 10 minutes talking with me, giving helpful tips, and making sure I found the right tools, especially since this was my first time tackling this type of project.
I haven’t always had the best luck finding knowledgeable associates at hardware stores, but I was lucky to run into Harold this evening. Thank you so much again for the help and great conversation!

I understand this place is busy, but they need to get it together here. I used to work at Lowes and we would never get away with how this store operates. Things like lattice and fencing are on the shelf but still in its shipment packaging. They need to go the extra mile and open up the product for customers to help themselves, not wait around for someone to need it. And the cart situation. Oh. My. God. There is never a cart available in the lumber isles. Its like first come first serve. Once the carts are in the parking lot, thats where they stay. I spend more time finishing the employees job rather than grabbing what I need. I'm not wasting my time here anymore. This store is just way too unpredictable and slow to restock items.

I've had mixed results in the past. But big improvements have been made to their overall layout and design.
