I want to give a huge shout-out to our incredible crew over at Lowe’s off of Zion road. My wife and I came in for new tool chest that was on sale for a great price, and Trevor was both friendly and quick to help us out! After checking out, Trevor, Brandon, and Dakota were more than willing to load our chest into the car and doing so with laughs and smiles. I love the team at this location and we cannot thank y’all enough for always taking care of us! You guys rock!

3 people at the return desk with 2 (1 was a supervisor) working on some problem on the computer while standing at a register at the Return desk while 4 customers are standing in line for 20 minutes (I timed it). They just ignored the customers waiting for one cashier to do returns. Terrible customer service!!! Think I will start shopping at Home Depot instead!!!!
