Massive shout out to 2 of this locations employees who spent a ton of time helping me find some snow sleds for my kids (out of season) that was somewhere in their top stock during my visit on November 15, 2025. Just when we thought we were out of luck, they ran and round me at the checkout and saved the day!!! I only caught 1 nametag (Trevor) so apologies to the gentleman who I should have explicitly asked for his name. Thank you thank you thank you!! Excellent customer service!!!

Went in the other day to return some items and the customer service was amazing especially from the very pretty young lady I believed her name was Alexie super kind and helpful , she usually works at the appliances but she was helping at the pro desk that day , definitely deserves a raise in my book ! I hope they let her know she is doing a amazing job , will only ask for her help for now on

This place does not care about the wellness of their employees nor customers. With the management team knowledgeable of an employee having strep throat and still allowing them to be at work. Strep is highly contagious. It not only puts the other employees at risk but their customers as well. A couple of days off with meds and rest is all it takes to not put others at risk.
