3 people at the return desk with 2 (1 was a supervisor) working on some problem on the computer while standing at a register at the Return desk while 4 customers are standing in line for 20 minutes (I timed it). They just ignored the customers waiting for one cashier to do returns. Terrible customer service!!! Think I will start shopping at Home Depot instead!!!!

I tried to buy a replacement Moen faucet for our kitchen. I researched the one we wanted and found it online for $225 and it was in stock. . I drove (15 miles) to the store and found it. The shelf price said $289. I figured it just wasn’t updated so I got it and went to check out. I was then told that they do not price match their own website. I was then told I could buy it online and pick it up tomorrow if I wanted that price. Are you kidding me??? I have spent 6 figures at this store over the past 5 years and am now getting penalized for actually going to the store to buy something? I will now take my business elsewhere, permanently. Pathetic!!!!

Massive shout out to 2 of this locations employees who spent a ton of time helping me find some snow sleds for my kids (out of season) that was somewhere in their top stock during my visit on November 15, 2025. Just when we thought we were out of luck, they ran and round me at the checkout and saved the day!!!
