Lowes responded quickly and refunded the entire purchase price. I selected a new washer and dryer. Marie worked efficiently and tirelessly to implement the exchange, arrange pickup of the faulty units and arrange for installation of the new machines. Before the project was complete she was joined by Madison and Jonathon. They were wonderful.
