For a place called Hobby Lobby, more than half the store is just farmhouse décor and fake flowers. Did Pinterest throw up in here Customer service? Rough. I asked two employees about solid tote bags, and both told me they didn’t have anything like that. Six aisles later, I found a whole shelf of them. Shopping there feels less like a store and more like a scavenger hunt run by people holding the wrong map. If they put half as much effort into helping customers as they do into selling 40 versions of the same metal rooster, the name might actually make sense.

They no longer offer coupons for 40-60% off one regular-priced item, and their prices have gone up more than one would expect, even taking tariffs into consideration. Though the employees themselves are generally approachable and kind, the store's selection has always been of questionable quality and with the company raising prices and not feeling the need to be competitively priced, I will spend my hard-earned money anywhere else. Perhaps this company will meet the same fate as Joann's; it would be well deserved.
