    Old guy in the paint section was amazing on Saturday, but we came back last Tuesday and a young guy in a red vest was awful. We waited forever and when he finally showed up I handed him two paint samples of sheetrock and said we need a paint match. Seems easy enough, but he said what do you need? So I said paint and he replied with duh interior or exterior...if it's sheetrock it's interior. He was not helpful at all and when I asked him to label the two different paints he handed me a marker and I handed it to the woman I was helping and he said what you can't write??? We'll take our business elsewhere from now on.

    Ordered to wooden rockers on their web site paid to have them put together in the store and they said it would be ready Sunday for pickup. Well called on Sunday and Lowe’s said it wouldnt be put together until Tuesday. So I called Tuesday guess what still not put together finally called me Tuesday afternoon and said they were completed. So went to pickup next day and they can’t find them plus says they are still not put together have to wait 30 minutes to find them. They need a new manager I’m going to Home Depot for now on.

    We purchased a refrigerator & icemaker with hose on Saturday & set up delivery for Monday. When the delivery guys showed up Monday, they didn't have the icemaker. So, we didn't accept delivery. Their manager, Mark, said if the store requested it, they could deliver it Tuesday. We went to the store, found our salesman, Mike, who didn't understand how they made such a mistake. He told us when they get the refrigerator back a manager would call us. At home, I got a text saying our order was delivered. I replied that it had not! I was told to call the Care Center which I did & found out Mike had put on the delivery ticket that he had given us the icemaker. That wasn't true. The Care Center transferred me to the store who got Tim, the manager, on the phone. We were only in Greenbrier to get a refrigerator into our new home & needed to return to MS on Tuesday to prepare for closing on our house there. Tim said there was nothing he could do & I told him I knew that wasn't true. He said he would see what he could do & promised to call me back tonight. Now the store is closed & Tim, the manager, hasn't called. We believe Mike lied about us taking the icemaker & Tim lied about calling us back. Who can do business with this store? The above was posted on 11/24/2025. Since that review, I have talked again to Manager Alex who at first gave me a discount and reordered for me. He also set up delivery again which the delivery system messed up again. Alex understood our moving issues and our need to be in MS. On 11/29/25, Alex stated that since our first order the refrigerator price had been lowered and he reordered our items. He sent me a confirmation order delivery email for our item with a delivery date of 11/30/25. He also alerted the appliance manager, Richie, and several other people of our order date. On 11/30/25, I received a text at 8:03 am confirming our delivery that day. At 10:00, I received another text asking me if Monday, 12/01 was still good for delivery!! I called the Customer Care number provided and was given no help. But when I hung up, Richie had called, left me a message & texted me about delivery. Apparently Alex had set up communication so that Richie was informed of a delivery problem when I was. Richie loaded up our refrigerator, hose & icemaker on his personal trailer. Then he picked up Alex who was off work that day. They were at my house by 11:30 am, unloaded the items, unpacked them and installed the items quickly. Alex heard we had a problem with our kitchen faucet and volunteered to check it out. He found the problem, gave it a temporary fix and explained how to make it permanent. I cannot tell you how much I love these guys. They truly know what customer service is. Because of their concern and great care, we will purchase other items we need for our new home from this store.
