I'm real disappointed at Lowe's. I go there probably three times a week or more. Go to buy outdoor suite. The whole row is full of the same kind. I was trying to get and took it to the register and it rang up for like $12 more so I told the woman that the price wasn't right and she said okay. Go take a picture of it. Went and took a picture of it. Showed to him that the whole thing was full of this one type that I got she said oh no no this is the wrong kind in the in its place and was very rude with me. I wish I would have got her name. They need to get their organization and check there. Have people stock better and make sure stuff is where it's supposed to go because I mean there was another 30 of them in the road so probably Will not go back. Been going there for years. Very disappointed

I would give zero stars! We ordered from Conway Lowe’s and we called to check on our delivery which was supposed to come on a Friday. I took off work bc they gave me a time frame from 8am-8pm. Got a text saying they moved my delivery date to Monday. So took off work for that day as well and guess what still no delivery I call and they told me it’s coming from Little Rock? Why would it come Little Rock if I placed from Conway? Anyway we call the Little Rock store and they gave an excuse that their truck broke down and they only have one and it’s a third party and that we couldn’t get our stuff Monday that it will come Tuesday morning. I’m so tired of Lowe’s we were on hold for like 30 mins to just for someone to pick up the phone! Horrible service and horrible thoughts for the customers.
