I went to Lowe’s in Conway to get paint matched up. I encountered one of the most rude ladies ever. She needed an attitude adjustment. I asked for the smallest container of paint and she said that would be a quart and I that what I was going to get. Rolling her eyes and making an agitated sound. I made me feel like I was a total bother.
My advice is to go to a place to get paint that show respect for their customers this store is not the one.

Not the first time this has happened make your prices on the shelves match the prices at the register. If it doesn’t match the customer has to go take a picture to prove the price so Lowes can’t take advantage of the customer. Are you reimbursing the customer for their time. N0!!!!

I got the valentine day wooden roses they gave away for rewards members. They were super cute. They didnt have the real roses yat, guess it was too early in the season. But the associates were very helpful

I had an outstanding experience at the Lowe’s in Conway! The gentleman in the tools department was incredibly helpful. I couldn’t even name the tool I needed for my drill to restore a beautiful flea-market bowl, but he stayed with me, listened to my project, and helped me find exactly what I needed. I’m so grateful for the 15 minutes he spent guiding me through. Then, in the paint department, another gentleman was just as fantastic—he quickly got me the paint samples I needed in no time. Thanks to them, I was on my way home to craft and restore my bowl! I truly appreciate their attentive, knowledgeable service. Five stars for making my hobby projects a success!

My wife and I ordered bought a brand new stove from here after our old one had died. When the stove was delivered, the crew was less than competent. I kid you not, I had to help them open the box to the stove because they didn't know how. Well, they took the old stove and all the trash away and left me with new stove plopped right in the middle of the kitchen. They didn't even bother to move it into place. Now, normally I'm capable of doing those things myself, but at the time I had a fractured ankle and was wearing one of those medical boots. I had a great time pushing that stove into place. Also, the stove came damaged and the back-left burner didn't even turn on. We called Lowe's and complained about the experience and they gave us an option of a partial refund or a replacement stove sent. We chose a new stove because we wanted one that worked completely. They also said they make sure the crew would install the next one.
Fast-forward a few weeks and the new crew comes in to deliver the new stove. They do a great job taking out the old one and delivering the new one. They even put it into place so I didn't have to. But guess what? The back-left burner isn't working on this one as well! We immediately called Lowe's and told them we wanted a partial refund. They gave us 10%. Fine by me. Now, after that crew packed up and left. I went outside and noticed THAT THEY LEFT THEIR TRASH IN MY YARD. The pallet and box that the stove came in? They just threw into my fire pit. There was also styrofoam and plastic threw about. I'm pissed. And the cherry on top is that they carved some nice tire tracks into my lawn with their box truck. I'm never going to be using Lowe's delivery services again as well as any installation crew.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
