  We found what we wanted at the price we wanted. The sales person was very kind and thorough. She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

  Waited two months for a table and chairs that never arrived. I purchased a table and chairs from here at the end of December last year. Paid in full up-front, delivery and everything. They said it would take two weeks to be delivered. Two weeks later, no delivery or call. I call and they say their warehouse was out of power for a week and that the storm was causing delays (which was a reasonable claim). They say two more weeks and it should be there. Two more weeks come and go, no call or delivery. I call, they say the chairs are still at the warehouse and haven't been shipped, that they've reached out to them again, and to give it two more weeks. I ask for a refund on my delivery fee and they give me a partial one. Another two weeks pass, no call or delivery again. At this point, its been about two months. I call, the manger answers and says that she will get back to me in 24-48 hours. At that point, I asked for a full refund. They asked me to come into the store, which I did, and they gave it to me in full with no further hassle. I am very disappointed and will advise people to shop elsewhere. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because they gave me my refund quickly.

  Very "no pressure" experience. My salesman in Conway, Brian, was the best!!! He went above and beyond to help me find furniture that suited my needs and affordability. Would definitely use Furniture Row for next furniture purchase.

  My experience here was great. The sales rep was so thorough and helpful. He was great. The selection of furniture was ok. I chose a living room set then after going home and thinking about it I chose not to order it. It was beautiful but I’m used to bigger seats and most sets these days were more narrow. So I chose something else at a different store that I thought would work better. I’ve been looking for 3 years for furniture and it was a very hard decision for me. The set I got still didn’t have the color I wanted but it had close to the color and everything else I wanted. However the sales rep I had was so goods I hated to cancel in him. ❤️
