    When doing DIY projects at home, I feel relief knowing Lowes has exactly what’s needed to get the job done. Service is great and the staff take extra care of you when you need assistance. I don’t mind making multiple trips to your location when I forget things. It’s always clean and organized.

    Was on the way to the store for an emergency. Hour drive. Website said they had ONE in stock. Called while we were on the way so someone could make sure they had one in stock and not be an inventory miscount. Customer service cut us off mid sentence and said "we have no more propane today", he politely said no, we need this particular fitting, not propane. She transferred us to plumbing. Rang and rang. Eventually it sent us back to customer service. Same lady answered. The hubs began to say it transferred us back, and she cut him off and just retransferred the call. Seriously crappy customer service. Come on, Lowes. Do It Better.

    NEVER use Lowe’s for countertops/sink install. Their third parties that install are the absolute worst. We placed an order in September and our countertops just now got installed (in January). They were basic laminate and nothing fancy. We also haven’t had a kitchen sink for almost two weeks, and apparently we won’t get one for another week. The original sink came damaged because the 3rd party didn’t check it, even after having other items damaged by FedEx, and was supposed to put in a replacement order that day (Saturday). We were told the following Thursday that it was in, and then that they were wrong and it had been shipped instead. Now on the following Monday we are told by the 3rd party that the sink was ordered the past Friday. We went to Lowe’s to try to get a sink and they couldn't even find our home project in their system, and that if the 3rd party ordered the sink on Friday that it will take 5-7 business days to come in. That puts at 19 days without any water in our kitchen. We have 3 kids under 3 years old and not having a kitchen sink makes it SIGNIFICANTLY more difficult to do day-to-day chores and care for them. We have been washing dishes, sippy cups, and baby bottles in our small 2nd bathroom for the last 12 days. If we are paying this much money we shouldn’t be having these kinds of issues. Absolutely ridiculous and we will never recommend people use Lowe’s for any type of home improvement again

    I had to go in to do a return. Doug at the service desk was AMAZING. Honestly the sweetest and most helpful employee ever at Lowes!!
