Will never use their home delivery service ever again. The whole process was a nightmare. Zero communication on scheduling. The delivery guys broke part of our old fridge we were keeping. They were not helpful at all. We waited four hours when the app said we were the next stop. No phone call or text about a delay. Unless you go and pick up the appliance yourself, don’t use their home delivery service. The one star is for the employee who actually worked at the store who was helpful when we bought our appliance.

Ordered two drones for in store pick up that showed was in stock on line and received an email saying items are actually not in stock no big deal at all so I called to cancel the purchase and the woman that answered the customer service desk was extremely rude. I asked what my options are and could they get it sent from another store or could I set it to be delivered to my address when they restock or would I need to cancel the order and she just said "I'll just cancel it, goodbye" and hung up on me.
