Justin saw me walking through the store and asked if he could help me find anything, I told him what I was looking for, he searched for it, and found where it was supposed to be. Then, he offered to help me look for it in case I had a hard time locating the aisle or the item itself. The garage door opener was locked up in a little plastic box that an employee has to remove, so Justin walked me to the front and found an employee who knew how to open the box for me. I really appreciate his additional assistance, it probably saved me at least 10 minutes of trying to do it on my own and 10 minutes of time after a 14 hour day is valuable. Thank you, Justin!!
