We always dealt with managers leaving and replacements that were less and less reliable and professional. It was frustrating. In July we were suddenly notified that a new company had taken over. Extra Space Storage started out shakily because it literally happened overnight. I will say we are extremely happy because finally there is a highly qualified professional manager, Ken, on site! He has helped us find the right units, is always available, the facility is clean,, all the lights work, it’s like a new facility. I am holding my breath that he stays! Without him….well, I don’t want to think about that. Great management makes all the difference!!
