We tried to be friendly to her but she was just very unhappy. She didn't know how to do a specific kind of house lock so had to call for help. After she left we found we couldn't lock the front door from the inside or outside! We couldn't remove the key from the deadbolt. When we called to explain the person on the phone was grumbling that they might have to come out to fix it! Unbelievable. They did send someone out to fix it but it should have been done right the first time. Realtor didn't cause any delays. House was built in 2000 so newer than most. I have stressful days but I am never rude and grumpy to my customers. Won't use again.
