Even the store manager that is very visible on the store shopping floor looks through customers like they are invisible. It’s sad!!! The check out employees are usually friendly, but how hard is it for all the other employees all over the store to at least smile or greet customers?!? To me this is the type of store that should have excellent customer service and it is just nonexistent.

- MMMegan MorphisNov 6, 20255.0I hit up all of those stores hobby lobby, TJ maxx, pop shelf and Ulta and so of course I had a blast but the employees are always so helpful and they always make you feel welcome, which is super important to me because i hate feeling like I'm burden some if I have a question to ask but nobody ever makes me feel that way from any of those stores. that literally is my Toys R Us for adults so I'm generally pretty happy when I leave or happy about my experience but I'm certainly not happy to leave
