Now I am shopping for a unit or two again and decided to read the recent reviews, I had the same experience as another lady below to a T. Our units ceiling leaked and we found dead mice, One of which I snatched up in a piece of paper and brought to Mrs. Reed. When I burst into tears in her office over my grandmother's antique rocking chair being ruined by her leaking ceiling she told me and I quote, "If your stuff was so important you shouldn't have put it in a mini storage!" She ought to use that as their slogan. And they better not even try to say they never rented to me cause I'll dig out the receipts. I had no choice but to use a storage unit because I was moving to my "dream home town." Hopefully they've changed their practices since because they have absolutely had leak complaints. We had pictures and video.
