Came out the Black Friday in a manager named Nicole told us that we cannot receive a bucket even though we're the 19th person in line because we were not here two hours early to receive a ticket even though the ad clearly stated it was for the people indoors and had his way in line for almost an hour in freezing weather without even telling us that there are no more buckets left and then proceeded to close the door nor assist with providing us with any further questions
