I arrived at this Lowe's at 9:58 going into 9:59 when I reached the door on the dot... I simply needed to retrieve an order from the locker before Leaving town and driving to Birmingham right after , the very same night... However I was enthusiastcally denied entrance, and not one employee could find it in their heart to retrieve my order for me... Said they could, but they just wouldn't.
