  This company used to be excellent. I had both termite and pest control services with them for over eight years and remained a loyal customer the entire time. Unfortunately, that loyalty has not been reciprocated. Over the past few years, there has been a noticeable decline in customer commitment and overall service—from the front office staff to the technicians and management. I no longer felt valued as a customer, just another address on a route. I spent three months trying to reschedule a pest control appointment and repeatedly received no callbacks and no resolution. That level of communication is unacceptable. Even more concerning, when another company inspected my property, they discovered that six of my termite bait stations were either broken or completely empty. I would never have known if they hadn’t pointed it out. It feels like customer service has been replaced with empty promises. I’ve spoken with several neighbors and friends who have experienced similar issues, so this does not appear to be an isolated incident. It’s disappointing to see a company that was once so reliable decline this way. Customers are the reason a business succeeds, and in a place like Tuscaloosa where there are plenty of options, service and accountability matter. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and hope they eventually refocus on the customers who keep them in business.
