We recently purchased a few larger items (a painting and a chair) and used their delivery service through Roadie. Delivery was scheduled for the very next day, which was incredibly convenient. Unfortunately, when the driver arrived, we learned that our painting had been damaged in transit. Since delivery claims have to go through Roadie directly, it took a few days to work everything out before we could reconnect with the store. That’s when Deval, the manager, truly went above and beyond for us. He personally helped resolve the situation and even took the time to fix the broken painting since the only replacement in-store also had damage. He made sure everything was rescheduled and delivered quickly and carefully. I truly can’t say enough good things about Deval and the level of care we received. This isn’t the closest location to our home, but we would absolutely make the drive again because of the exceptional customer service. Experiences like this are rare — and so appreciated!
