- DCDavid CorleySep 26, 20251.0Went to a kiosk to get a key ordered or made was in formed I would receive it in the mail in 3 to 5 days received email with order #. It’s been 7 days 5 business days still no key no other messages from them tried using my order # to track it they don’t offer that on the website. Called the customer service # gave them my order they couldn’t find my transaction with my order # they had to use the last 4 of my card # to look it up. Just to find out that my key has not even been made yet. They didn’t send me anything letting me know about the delay horrible business practice. If I tell someone a customer who has already paid me if I see I’m going to be late I would feel obligated to communicate that!!!!
