  I returned an item last week. The broken petal ,I saved in a zip lock baggie. I asked them to put some glue on it and I'd take it with me. The lady said she could not leave the front end and could not fix it. I came in yesterday, and that item is back on the sales floor with the petal missing. Seems like such a waste. A little glue and a happy customer. I ordered several items on line, and 3 of those items were broken. It was bad enough I had to come in the exchange them. I did not get the pedal/ bird when I shopped because I thought she would have just fixed it for me....nope. So, that is why I returned...to buy it again. Customer service is king. I really do love HL!
