- CSCasie Starling1 day ago1.0i have gone to this location twice in the past week. the employees have had attitude each time and obviously did not want to help me. the first time i asked someone where something was, and he just replied “I’m clocking out.” he could’ve nicely said he couldn’t help me right then but just “I’m clocking out???” how rude. i understand you are leaving… you can’t say that nicely? the second lady was a lot more rude. my total was ten dollars over what i had left on my gift card and i told her it had 149 on it and she charged me 1.49 instead of 149.00 no problem i laughed it off and said oh I’m sorry i meant 149.00 and she sighed and acted so annoyed by me the entire rest of the interaction. it was a simple miscommunication mistake on my part and gives no reason for her to behave so bothered. i told her I’m sorry for bothering her. i will never come back. such rude employees who don’t want to help and make you feel stupid
- OTOutlaw Tattoo3 days ago1.0I purchased a refrigerator. It was making a noise so they sent someone out to "fix" it. When the people showed up they hit my gate in my driveway. It is a 4x4 metal beam in 4 ft if concrete. Not a cheap fix. They have refused to pay and denied it. I have 2 neighbors who witnessed it and video. I will be pursuing this in court.

- LALeon AlexanderMar 22, 20261.0I am writing to escalate a repeat operational failure at the Lowe’s store in Prattville, Alabama, along with a breakdown in management follow-through. Yesterday, approximately two hours after opening, no employee was available to operate a forklift and open the materials drive-through so I could load items I had already purchased. After being redirected between departments and making multiple requests, no manager responded. Ultimately, we were forced to load the materials ourselves. I contacted Customer Care, and later that evening the store manager called, apologized, and assured me the issue would be corrected. I informed her I would return the next morning around 8:30 a.m. When I returned at approximately 9:00 a.m., the same issue was occurring again — the drive-through remained blocked and no one was assisting customers. Only after noticing me did employees move to operate the forklift. This is no longer a one-time service issue. It reflects a failure in basic store operations and, more concerning, a failure to follow through on a direct management commitment within 24 hours.

We purchased a Jacksonville jaquar Teal color just beautiful. He was so polite and helpful until we went back today to purchase our other colors. Again Greg was superb. That is what makes people come back great customer service. That is not at all Lowes I know from experience. So if you need paint done right check out Lowes in Prattville and ask for Greg he is the helpful man. Great work Mr. Greg

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
