- EEESDec 29, 20251.0I've been buying Lowe's appliances in Prattville for years and had good experiences--until last month. I bought a refrigerator at Lowe's (Cobbs Ford Road) in November for my son & daughter-in-law. I paid extra for the delivery & installation of the refrigerator, for ice maker to be hooked up, and for the hauling away of the old refrigerator. The Lowe's deliverymen brought the new refrigerator but refused to put it in the proper place near a wall, did not hook up the ice maker, and refused to haul away the old refrigerator, even though I paid for these services. I was never told that the deliverymen would not touch a copper wire. Even after the copper wire was removed and thrown away, Lowe's never removed the old refrigerator. It's still there now, weeks later, in the middle of their kitchen! It is very inconvenient to have a refrigerator in the middle of the kitchen. My daughter-in-law said that one of the deliverymen was inappropriate with her and touched her. I have shopped at Lowe's for years and expected better from the company. I'm disappointed in Lowe's!

I’ve waited 2 days on tile for a major renovation project just for them to push my delivery everyday until finally saying they can’t deliver “because they need a flat bed”… mind you, the order was tile! Add an extra 30 mins to your trip and go to a different Lowe’s!

However, Mr.Tracy and the other woman caught an issue with the inventory showing there was actually none in stock and was able to fix the issue before we left expecting our new fridge to come in a week. All 3 of them went above and beyond settling the issue for us and helping us pick another refrigerator. Thank you for your help and being so kind!!
