We went to Lowes in Prattville. I greatly appreciate Greg with his excellent customer service in the painting area. We purchased a Jacksonville jaquar Teal color just beautiful. He was so polite and helpful until we went back today to purchase our other colors. Again Greg was superb. That is what makes people come back great customer service. That is not at all Lowes I know from experience. So if you need paint done right check out Lowes in Prattville and ask for Greg he is the helpful man. Great work Mr. Greg

Went to the store to pick up a few bags of gravel. Walked in through the garden center and not one shopping cart in sight. Why open the garden center if your customers have to walk to the other side of the store to get a shopping cart when they buy more than a plant? There was nobody available to help me, open the app to see what aisle the gravel was on and I'm required to log-in AGAIN! and receive special code text just to get some help.

I have waited quite some time to do this review because I knew I had a lot of wonderful things to say, and it would take me a minute to say it all. Lol. I am so extremely pleased with everyone who has helped me and My Husband over the past several weeks at Lowes. We just purchased a new home and without the help of these employees, I don’t know what we would do. Given that we had to completely repaint our brand new home, change the flooring, add cabinets, and build a patio, we were very nervous about all the money we would be spending throughout this process. The employees at the Lowes in Prattville made our experience phenomenal.
Jackie has been an amazing manager, who has made sure that we have received the prices and services we were promised. Some mistakes were made along the way by other employees, and she handled each error with professionalism. She IS the reason we continued to spend our money at Lowe’s.
We were extremely impressed with the customer service we received from Raymond. He helped us make purchases across five different departments; he stayed late on several occasions, and he remembered us by name each time we visited. He has an amazing, friendly, and extremely helpful personality. Super impressive to be so young.
Lamar made sure to help us pick out everything we needed for our covered patio that we purchased. He made sure we didn’t waste our money on frivolous items, and was extremely knowledgeable about the specific product we purchased from that department.
Jon helped us on several occasions with our flooring. He was super easy to converse with, was able to help us save money while finding the exact flooring we needed. On two occasions, he helped us avoid wasting money and making crucial mistakes.
Brian is probably the most helpful checkout clerk I’ve ever met. Every visit- he was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He has quite a sense of humor and knows how to make a customer feel good while they’re spending their money.
Teresa from gardening help steer me in the right direction with all of my new plants. She made me laugh and was absolutely delightful as she kept me from wasting my money. She made things super easy to understand and didn’t make me feel the least bit uncomfortable shopping for plants, given I literally know nothing about them.
And finally, I met Paul today in lawn and garden….and just like every other customer service experience I’ve had at Lowe’s over the past several weeks, he went out of his way to be helpful and made sure I was finding everything I needed.
We did make the mistake of going to the orange store a couple of times. It was quite depressing because the employees there are not anywhere as kind and as helpful as the people here in the blue store.
From the length of my review, I’m sure it’s easy for anyone reading this to understand why I will continue to go to Lowes to spend my money. I am quite impressed with their management team and how they treat their customers.
I am super thankful for every employee I’ve met, and I look forward to seeing each of them when I visit in the future.

Came inside, looking for weed straw went to customer service told me they were outside no help was given. Went outside no one was there to help. Went to appliance had a gentleman call customer service. Customer service was very rude asking why I needed help. Yall really need more training in regards to customer service.

An absolute waste of time. They lied to me multiple times about a delivery date, no one is willing to even lift a finger after making me go through hoops. I got hung up on twice trying to talk to a manager. Awful company and I will never, ever shop there again.
