She was professional and patient. The delivery guys were the opposite. They smelled like they were in a smoke out in the company truck and did the bare minimum. I would have saved money by having it delivered and did the hook up myself.
- AAAbby_NormallApr 3, 20263.0I went there to purchase a kitchen counter cabinet sink and hardware and I had a hard time finding someone to help me there were several people that I asked and they either said I don't know or I don't know and I don't know I got that a lot but the ladies in the cabinet area found the lady that does the pricing they gave me a great price on a damaged cabinet help me load all my stuff up and checked me out and . also got some guys to help load all of it into my truck that was the great part to the end I worked at Lowe's in Anniston and you never say I don't know, you find somebody and I really wish that they would not just walk by and say I don't know when somebody asked them for help one of the young guys, there was a water heater on one of the carts I asked if I promise to bring it back and put it back on there could I have it and he told me no he did not get me a cart I had to go from plumbing in the back wall all the way outside get a cat and come all the way back to plumbing you can watch a video of me in the store and how many people I asked to help first.
