Bought a $1200 grill from this place and had them assemble is and deliver it. It arrived missing a lot of parts and when I went to try to make it right the store manager basically just told me they didn't have any of that stuff and I'd have to get it back up there and return the whole grill. I didn't have a way to get the grill back up there hence why we had it delivered. They didn't seem to really care. I had to go through the Blackstone manufacturer website and order the missing parts for the grill myself.
