I ordered a washer & dryer and once both were installed, I went to check them out and there were 2 deep scratched on the top of the dryer and no adjustable legs on the dryer. They also did not level either piece. I walked out to the truck and told them about the scratches and not leveling the pieces and could tell they were not happy because they still had 9 stops to make. After calling the delivery service and Lowes, I ended up cancelling both and told them to take it all back. When they disconnected the washer they just dropped the hoses, filled with water, on my floor and left puddles in the laundry room that ran under my baseboards. And made a mess of the walls. The laundry room had just been painted. They had no respect for my home. I would never want them delivering anything to my home again. And now I’m waiting to get my money back so I can buy another set. They had picked up my old washer & dryer so I am currently without either.
