Spent $3300 for refrigerator two years ago and they never provided the additional Chrome panels and yes we went over and over for months on getting the panels or the $400.00 for the panels never satisfied. The refrigerator repair guys scuffed up the front door bringing fridge into house. Filed claim never repaired or compensated for the damage. Like I should of learned the 1st time,fast forward today 2/10/26. So we bought a new dishwasher all in $790.00 the fact that they say 24hrs installation not true. So dont believe the advertisement of that..put that aside -we are all good..not big deal..because its coming. The delivery guy shows up great guy and prior to the installation I wanted to inspect the unit and sure enough damage to the unit it appeared a forklift or something hit the side and bottom rack doesn't slide and has to go back. Unfortunately and im okay with the old one was removed..call Lowes to get replaced going to be another week or longer. It takes a lot for me to take the time to write a poor review nor do I do often only in circumstances like this..very dissatisfied with the service of Lowes.
