Choose delivery from Lowe’s at your own risk. Their delivery company is unreliable. They don’t honor their delivery window and are impossible to get in touch with. Either pick your appliance up yourself or order it from a different store.

I never go to Lowe's I always go to home depot I went this time because one of my clients wanted to buy all their material from their ans I asked a worker first I asked him where the restrooms were and he told he did not know after I asked him I was looking for some certain material and he told me to go away they should choose their workers better I will never go back

I ordered a gas stove to be delivered, installed and the old one removed. The stove was delivered but I was informed that they were not certified to remove and install the new one and that I needed to contact someone else to install and remove the old one. I was transferred 5 different times to 5 different companies to only be told I need to contact my local Lowe’s. I called there and am then told that in addition to the fee for installation and removal I have already paid I need to paid an addition $299 for installation. And then I could not even find out when the installation could be performed until I paid this fee. I informed the gentleman I wanted to cancel the order and get my money back and that I would purchase this oven elsewhere. I was told that it would not be able to be picked up until Friday and then I would have to wait to get my refund. No one was helpful and everyone gave me the runaround .

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
