The only real negatives were that for most every item for which I was shopping, each time I saw something of interest, I had to ask if the item wad in stock and ask for a price (at all on some or an accurate price on others). Willingness to help and friendliness seemed to be very good or very bad (with little area in between) depending on which associate you asked. Overall, though, the variety, pricing, organization, cleanliness, ease of locating products, and availability of associates were all good.

They have a great selection of kitchen items, from napkins, mugs, and glasses, to anything else you may need. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and the store is well organized and clean. You can always find the perfect item, such as great hostess gifts, items for decorating a new space or remodeling any room in the house. World Market is exceptional!, and a great go to place.

She verbally berated him in front of me and a whole line of customers and then proceeded to be equally rude to me as well for absolutely no reason. This just put a bad taste in my mouth and makes me not want to come back.
