Cashier cancelled order at the machine and tried to say they couldn’t give my bf his 370 dollars back then when they finally checked cameras they didn’t give all the money we put in the register. Staff was very rude and unprofessional

Great staff, great selection of damn near everything! I love the holiday displays, the Christmas and Halloween being my faves! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Found some neat little Christmas tree ornaments that are adorable. Bought some plants as well. Love coming here for all my home improvement needs. I was approved for a new card but the website was hard to navigate so I used another card . That was $500 and I need a shower and toilet another $2500 but I guess I won’t be using the card . It also took 30 minutes to get help to load flooring.

We purchased five appliances for our new build from this store and two of them (washer/dryer and dishwasher) were lemons--one before we even unboxed it (it had been crushed by a fork lift) and one after its first use once the house was finished. Management was completely indifferent and the appliance team flippantly shrugged when we asked for a refund because the 30-day window had lapsed. We obviously had no control over that since construction on the house hit the normal speed bumps before the dishwasher could be used.
The net effect was Lowe's took thousands of dollars from our family, gave us products that didn't work, and flipped us the proverbial bird when we asked for our money to be returned.
I've had multiple contractors tell me that Lowe's is just a poorly-run company now and has been for a while. This particular store is emblematic of their customer-last corporate vision.
