I had a wonderful experience at Lowe’s and can’t say enough great things about the team here! Tyrus and Adam were absolutely fantastic in helping us choose the perfect washer and dryer set for our home. I made a order on the 12/1got my pick up confirmation that same day, well I waited till 12/18, cause it’s a hour drive one way, get there my order wasn’t ready, Mitchell who was very aragant and rude, said it would take 3 hours to take display down that was supposed to be ready for pick, just the way he was so aragant and told lies cause the order wasn’t ready, I cancelled the whole order, come home reordered I had deliverery options so I chose this on my order, I called to make a complaint about the service I had received, well the delivery order wasn’t ready supposed to be here 12/19, they cancelled it, when I called to ask why, they didn’t ask my name or anything sent me straight to Alisha I guess manager, she said they couldn’t deliver and didn’t have boxes to put it in, might I add she also was very rude, guess it was because I’d made a complaint. Why did I have deliverery options when I purchased? Couldn’t answer that she just wanted off the phone with me and basically if I wanted I had to drive another hour to pick it up after I’d done came that Wednesday to pick it up and they said it would take 3 hours, I don’t know what they did with the old manager, but these people are rude, think they if something doesn’t go there way piss on the buyer. We can treat them how we want to. There just very unprofessional
