    While shopping at Lowes, I have stopped someone for questions and they have gone out of their way to be rude. I have tried navigating the website to get answers and had to call. Was on hold for 20 minutes the FIRST TIME! I could hear them pick and up transfer me again. They just lost business. I will go to ACE hardware and pay a little more and get decent service.

    Our shopping experience was very positive thanks to Mary Jean, Lowes associate at the self checkout She was very patient and helped look up a price for my husband and one for a sale item Mary Jean was delightful! She was a fabulous associate.
