Horrible experience. No registers open except outside. Went to self checkout and wow can't check out blocks there. Went in lumber section and had to walk all way to garden and wait in line again to get checked out. This is so sad. All while a lady was on the phone at the return the entire time and ask her if I could check out there. Since there's no registers. She said Nope it's only for returns while she continues her conversation on her phone. Walked outside to a line of about 12 ppl because it's the only Register IN THE ENTIRE StoreTHATS OPEN

Delivery driver drives way too fast in a neighborhood. Apparently, Lowe’s uses a 3rd party so they don’t care even though their name is plastered all over the truck. Guess they will care when it’s too late :/

Lowes is a great place. But you can't find any help to locate anything. This past visit, I walked around looking for assistance for 20 minutes, and nobody available. Had to go to the checkout and ask where something was. This was in the lumber department. This was not the first time I had to find someone for assistance. Nobody ever asks if they can help you or if you're finding everything you're looking for.
