  I rented a small unit and paid on time yet someone cut the locks off twice and gain unauthorized access twice! I live out of state but got a call from the office my unit was open and the lock was gone. I was told by said employee the manager at the time was not handling things and he was catching up on matters on the property. I checked my belongings and replaced the lock only for it to be cut off a few months later and rummaged through (insurance is handling). Use at your own risk!

  Had the worse customer service ever. The store was closed when it clearly supposed to been open . Threatened to call the police because I was waiting for internet connection to unblock my card. IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS DO NOT GOT HERE

  To everyone out there who's looking for a place to store your personal items, please look no further than Fort Knox Storage, as long as Lisa is there! Lisa always answered the phone when we called with a pleasant and professional voice, and was always very very helpful, clear and really nice every time we called!
