- KKKahl (Kahl)Feb 21, 20265.0Pros: - Renting a unit from Extra Space Storage ® online was easy as can be, and the website walked me through all of the steps. - Pricing online was supposedly cheaper than in-person - Setting up the app and using it was convenient - The manager on site contacted me directly the first time I visited the property to confirm it was me, introduce herself, give me directions, and make sure I had everything that I needed. - The unit was thoroughly clean. No odors, dirty spots, or anything else that would lead me to believe it had been rented before. Cons: - Even though the online renting process was easy, it was similar to other walkthroughs for purchasing services, which included additional fees like, “due today” fees, & the monthly price I originally chose Extra Space Storage ® for only being available if I paid for a certain about of months upfront. All things considered, the cons are standard practice and I’m more annoyed than actually upset at the business. I’ve had a good experience renting from Extra Space Storage ® and I probably will again in the future.
