- RPRyan PeltierSep 21, 20251.0Made a reservation for a unit a month in advance, then verified the unit was still available a week before I got into town. The reservation was for a Sunday, and over the phone they assured me that the date was fine. The day that I arrived for my reservation appointment after driving thousands of miles towing a trailer, no one was there and no one answered my phone calls. I had to go somewhere else to store my things because I could not wait until Monday due to time constraints. Highly unprofessional practices. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. ExtraSpace about 10 min away was very understanding and accommodating, and got me a unit that same day within minutes. Edit: Nothing was communicated other than the unit would be available for check in on the indicated day. No guidance was received/communicated beyond that. All communication was done over the phone. This was a fault in communication by the business, not a misunderstanding.
