- AKA K3 days ago1.0Don't order something for "same day delivery" from this store, especially if you live in an apartment complex. I guess their driver / delivery person was feeling especially lazy the morning I ordered something from Lowes for "same day delivery" and dropped the order at a random door in my building instead of actually looking for my door. Thankfully, they took a picture of the door because it gave me an idea of where the totes were and I was able to retrieve them. When I called the store I was forwarded to the 1-800 number. The customer service person who answer the phone didn't really seem to care and was just going to "send a report to their supervisor". No, I want my delivery fee returned to my card and a report made to the local store so they could coach that driver on making sure things are delivered to the correct address. I ended up calling the store again and bullying their automated system until it finally let me talk to a real person. I was sent to 2 different people before someone at the commercial delivery desk promised to send an email to fulfillment. I'm awaiting their call now. What a crazy run around for something that was totally their mistake. I'll NEVER order something to be delivered from Lowes as long as I live in this apartment complex. I now know to not trust their local delivery people to actually do their jobs correctly nor their customer service representatives to actually care.
