He showed us several pieces, one set of which we fell in love with. When we decided on them, the prices he gave us were incorrect (they were twice as much as what we were told). So we settled on another set that wasn’t in the best condition, but we understood as we wanted to take it home day of. Marcus proceeded to tell us he could order new due to the shape of the furniture on the floor. He gave us options to pick up Thursday, Friday or Saturday. We chose Thursday because we had family coming into town and wanted to have it set up and ready. Around 1 pm Thursday we still hadn’t heard from anyone so we called, only to find out our salesperson never ordered our furniture. So at this point we have no choice but to take the marked up furniture from their floor stock.
