- COChris OursOct 16, 20251.0Absolutely terrible! We ordered a pickup rental and showed up to pick it up during their hours of operation. No one was there and no truck for us to pick up. We waited and called the phone number and spoke to a customer representative who said that someone cancelled our order two days prior. We didn’t ask for a cancellation and they couldn’t tell us why it was cancelled. We also never were notified.
