- BPBritt PowellFeb 16, 20261.0Ordered a washer and dryer on 2/3/26, was told it would be 2/12/26 before it would be delivered (which seemed like a long time to wait, particularly given the fact that the store is barely a mile from my house, but whatever). I was then contacted by the store on 2/9/26 to let me know that the soonest they could deliver was going to be 2/16/26 rather than 2/12/26. It has been two weeks now, and the items still have not been delivered, yet they, nevertheless, demanded payment (and even charged me an $8 "nonrenewal fee" on 2/15/26), despite the fact that the items hadn't even been delivered yet, and also despite the fact that I had signed up for "EZpay" (auto draft). This is no way to do business.

Everyone work hard to go the extra mile to make sure my furniture was delivered and that I was a satisfied customer even when I had to switch out my furniture order at the last minute. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
