    MARK and his team were the best low-voltage/alarm guys. I have ever used on a project. I’ve been in the business for 30+ years and done. Countless projects and low-voltage can be a very sore spot for a project. Sometimes it isn’t done properly, sometimes it isn’t done on time and sometimes It’s a mess… TSI was a pleasure throughout the whole process and their customer service was amazing.

    One month after having this system installed my panel goes off every 60 seconds at 9 pm. Customer service says I have to call back in the morning; the office is closed. ** yes, I am a new customer of only one month and just got off the phone with your office. ** update - I had faulty equipment - tech repaired and so far it is working again
