Been currently sitting in lumber for 45 min waiting for anyone to bring out 2x4x8 pressure treated wood. Ive done asked 3 different workers for help. I thought this lowes was better than pascagoula lowes, who do the same. But apparently not. Awful you cant even go to a building retailer and expect help or the material to even be there.

Went in today to make a return and a purchase. The counter service representative was extremely rude and hateful and acted like her electronic device scanner would not work and I had my receipt in hand. I was asked if the paint was used, I said 'no' and then further interrogation that it was mixed or tinted and I said 'no' and she stared and stared to find any other reason not to return it. If it were mixed it would have a color tag on top of course she knew that. I just bought a gallon two days ago, brand new, as is. I was there for fifteen minutes until I was ready to call Lowe's corporate and magically everything started working. A black lady behind me was next and treated with special warm welcomes and dignity and fast customer service—you figure out the problem going on here as the rest of the store had that same vibe. Terrible. I will not return until this regime is changed. I guess I will be the one called racist here, as usual. That's how it works. Decline of Lowe's for sure going on now big time. How can anyone in today's times work in retail and be this way. Also went to look at primed white finish boards and most were damaged or defective from supplier why keep that junk in stock send it back to the vendor and refuse business if they can't make better products. Just leaving them out so people will purchase without options is sad.

If you have a load from any of the Lowe's DC// to this location beware/// Even though it's a drop and hook if you have to 14:30 delivery appointment they won't let you drop and hook till 14:30.

My dad usually go to this location to shop. Today he lost his wallet inside the store by the self checkout counters. Funny how there’s multiple people at that space to watch for shoplifting but couldn’t notice a wallet in the floor and when someone picked it up. Anyway he called the police, mobile police came to the location and asked for the footages and your employees and managers refused to give out footages. How shameful is that? I personally will never shop here again neither my dad. I also do not recommend shopping at this location since things can go missing easily no matter if one of the employees or customers took the missing items, but what’s worse than that they wouldn’t show the police the video footage of what happened. Lowe’s owes us an explanation and owe my dad an apology for the way they treated an older gentleman like that instead of helping him they sent him home without any help or cooperation with the city of mobile police. Again what a shame….!!
