I am so disgusted with Lowes! I ordered 200 dollars worth of plants and they shipped every one to the wrong address! When I called corporate they said they would not honor it because it was ordered online. I had just bought 200 dollars worth of mulch 2 days before.
I will NEVER shop here again. I will drive 6 miles out of my way to shop at Home Depot.

The computer started the sequence of events... every was set for delivery, except one box of screws. For some reason, the system had them as pick-up. I called and Diego said he'd just throw them on the truck as it was going down to my area anyway. I kept on receiving texts to pick them up. I call back 4 days later. Get placed on hold a long time. Finally Nate answers, says he's the manager at that time and that what Diego said was not true. I've spent over an 1 1/2 hours working on this. It is so frustrating though. I hope they get things sorted out so this doesn't happen to others.

So I want to share my Lowe’s experience with everyone. Since I started my business I have had nothing but great customer service Starting with the lawn and garden dept Autumn, Cody and “B” Brian have been the most help even when things went wrong as far as ordering they took care of the mistakes and made them right in minutes. Which was mostly my fault ordering something incorrectly. As far as management and Cashiers go “Q” my number one guy at Lowe’s can’t say anything but he is the most professional and looks out for my company as well as Lowe’s. Nate is always the best Courtney, Gamail Mrs. Gwendolyn, Fay, Naye and Melissa all have helped me in the past week and have been amazing. The paint dept with Mrs Shirley and her co workers I don’t remember there names . To say the least this Lowe’s team is doing amazing work and I’m super grateful they all help me so much. Rangeline Rd is my Lowe’s store
