I don't like strangers in my house I have dogs and I don't need the hassle of somebody coming to my house I rather take it back where I bought it and let them deal with it like they should.. that is good customer service... That's what you used to do back in the nineties and everything but I guess they call this progress... And what's even worse is I even asked the lady when I bought it I have any problems can I bring it back here yes ma'am.. These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
