  I was clueless about operating my gas fireplace. Tom came to my home to tutor me. He was so kind and patient. He showed me the steps to take and allowed me the time to write myself notes for the future. He answered my questions clearly and completely. He made the fire better by adding embers I had but did not know what to do with. Thank you Tom and Coastal Chimney Sweeps.

  I am very impressed with the timely response, professionalism, and a job well done. The Chimney Sweeps are friendly and polite and do a great job and leave no mess.

  My parents decided to use these people for a chimney repair. The man came out to inspect the chimney, said he will get back to my mom. My mom called back multiple times... same lady answered telling her that the owner will get back to her in no more than a day. My mom waited 4 weeks, until she called again with the same response. The owner finally called back and said that he was never told about my mom calling.... after further discussion, he admitted that he is overloaded with work. He will not give back the whole inspection fee... only half. Unreal. And a liar!!
