The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because Nathan Smith was kind enough to take 5 minutes and answer a couple of questions. The reason I want to give 1 star is due to a lady who works there (from what I understand is one of the managers). I had never been there before and was stopping by to ask a couple of questions about some landscaping work I needed done (a complete landscaping makeover which I am planning on spending a pretty penny for. I didn't know what time they closed, the gate was open and there were still a few people walking around outside, so I pulled in and got out. As I was standing there looking around to find someone who worked there, the manager lady hopped in her go kart and while driving and looking directly at me yelled, "We're closing! Time to leave!"
As I went inside to speak with the other lady at the register, she just quickly handed me a card and told me to call the owner with any problems I had. That's when Nathan showed up and was willing to answer the questions I had.
The fact of the matter is, not only have I worked in customer service before, but I have also been a buisness owner myself. Anyone who works with customers should know that in order to maintain a good, reputable buisness, you must show kindness and respect to those who come in to buy/use your product. Neither was shown to me by this female employee. She was rude and disrespectful. Even if they were closing, she should've shown some good customer service skills because by not doing so, she just lost her place of employment a few thousand dollars and a good reputation.
