  Our salesperson, Kirsten, was very friendly and helpful. We looked at a lot of sofas before finding the right one for our home. There's such a wide selection here and I think the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Furniture Row (and Kirsten) to everyone shopping for new furniture.

  My husband and I were looking to buy a new couch Cameron was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He too the time to see what’s our style and price range to ensure he could deliver a suitable option. He explained the current sale they have going on and throughly walked us through purchasing options. Overall great experience it’s very rare you leave with zero questions about your product.   Friendly staff that matches your energy. Comfortable and casual. Worked with me patiently through the whole process. Also let you try out the top of the line massage chair for free! Bonus points for that. 0% interest can't be understated either. Would recommend if you're looking for quality sofas and beds in particular.

  Came in today looking for new living furniture. Out of all the sales people that looked past me only one was nice and asked if I needed help. I stood at the entrance door for a few minutes looking at four sales people and two others walked past me. Not one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I called my best friend and told her how hurtful it was that I was in a store ready to get furniture and can’t find the only nice salesman in the whole store. I left with my grandson and don’t think I’ll return. Why spend money in a store that treats you like that. Thank you to the one salesman that even greeted me. I had on the green scrub set with the little boy. I wish I would have gotten your name but I had just left my mother at the nursing home and was headed back. Very nice store but the sales people besides the one I mentioned will not help you. I’ll go somewhere that will want my business.
