He was the most professional person I have ever encountered at any lowe's store that I have shopped. Not only did he load our entire order, he also reloaded it on our vehicle. He did not make us feel like a burden ir rusged.He was very knowledgeable of everything we had on the list and knew right where to go. Brandon is the reason lowe's gets a five star review from me today.

I tried to call the S HSV store and couldn't get anyone to pickup in the store. Got lost in their automated system. I went in-person to the Madison store to get it fixed. Customer service rep at the customer service desk is sitting off to the side in a chair on their phone. Didn't make much of an effort to help me but looked up my order and got someone from Fulfillment to help. Fulfillment tried to call the S HSV store but couldn't talk to a human and got lost in the automated system. Bottom line, is the item has to be picked up in S HSV store and they can't transfer to the Madison store. Pretty remarkable, in 2025, an item bought at Lowe's can't be transferred from one store to another.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
