- CCChristinaFeb 13, 20265.0Out of all the different Lowe's I have been in, this one has the best layout in the store. I'm a plumber so I go in several different locations. At Madison's store, I can get to the parts I need & check out quickly due to it all being close to the doors. With the app, I never have to walk all over to find something. I set store mode, put in what I'm looking for, & it shows me where I have to go. I can even scan my items & pay in the app. Don't even have to have my wallet. It's an easy process with the app. Prices are reasonable as well.

I got a quicker response calling Home Depot without the AI. So sad your customer service is going backwards.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
