We purchased a refrigerator a nice one the employee who help us Brian Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly with the extra mile could go on and on and on about him, but he actually works for Lowes. Let’s get to the one star review terrible horrible customer service from their people who do their deliveries. The first time they try to deliver they come walking in my house and say bad news ma’am. It’s damaged I go what do you mean it’s damaged I go out there. I look at it and apparently they said the icemaker was broken that they had like 6 to 7 other appliances on this truck that was broke so I just don’t think that that’s the company or Lowe’s itself, but that sounds like to me whether they’re starring him at the warehouse and loading them today they come to deliver a new refrigerator which was great and when they called, I explained to them that they were gonna have to remove the doors off the refrigerator and the drawers to get it through the front door cause it’s not gonna fit the customer service people that I talk to who scheduled delivery said not a problem ma’am when they called me and said that they’ll remove those to get it inside the house the driver’s assistant said who told you that I told them this when they called they come when they look at my front door and said well why can’t we remove the front door and I said because my husband and I don’t want you to remove the front door I guess I should’ve told them that there is a sensor on the door for the alarm, and I don’t want them to mess with that. The driver who I’m gonna guess is the lead guy was extremely rude. Come looked at my Durango why not and I said because we don’t want you to remove the front door and I was told that you guys could just remove the refrigerator doors and the drawers to get it in the house. He got so upset with me. He loaded the refrigerator back up onto the truck and said they can bring out another team. I bought a washer and dryer from Lowe’s and back in July and now I just bought a $2500 refrigerator so needless to say I’m not very happy and extremely disappointed in the customer service that I have received from the delivery people. This is not how you treat people it gives Lowes a very bad name. My suggestion is if you’re going to buy something from them and appliance maybe arrange to pick it up yourself Ivan, who was great who works for deliveries who I talked to and he called me directly on Monday to reschedule it for today Wednesday I called him back and told him what happened. They are going to try to bring it back in tomorrow a different team and he said oh that team doesn’t want to come back to your house. That’s fine. I don’t want them in my house. With their delivery people, we do have an alarm on our door and I’m worried that if they remove my front door, it’s gonna mess with the sensor

Their black Friday ad was BS. They gave tickets away earlier than they opened.
Ad said first 50 doors open at 6, not first 50 at 5am. If thats the case why not give tickets the night before so people can sleep.
So next time maybe state the real plan on your advertisement!
Home Depot wouldn't have done this, first come first serve is how they have done in the past!

I would like to take a moment to recognize 2 employees that assisted me today at the store. Joseph and Braxton went above and beyond to help me with an item I was looking to purchase. The item was not on the floor and both associates took the time to locate the item and retrieve the item for me to purchase. This really made my day. And I really appreciate the time that they took to assist me.
