However, the overall atmosphere left a lot to be desired. The employees looked like they didn’t want to be there, and their lack of enthusiasm was pretty obvious. While I appreciated the efficiency, the experience felt cold and unwelcoming. It seemed like they were just going through the motions rather than genuinely wanting to help customers. I got what I came for, so I left partially satisfied, but I wouldn’t say it was a pleasant shopping experience. A little more effort and energy from the staff would have made a big difference.

The store has helped me with a couple issues I have had with my Polaris cleaner but the only time i can ever get answers is if the store manager is present. I own a store and understand the importance of cross training employees so they can properly handle situations in the absence of the manager. Saying "call back tomorrow when the manager is here" every time I call is the wrong way to do business especially when it's a simple question like "has the product I ordered came in yet"
