I pick out the first fabric and took it to the cutting table where an associate was cutting fabric for someone else. I asked if I could leave the fabric on the counter while I get another selection. She replied, yes. I returned with my second fabric and continued to find one last item. On my way to the counter, she was stocking a shelf. I told her that I was ready when she was. She said okay so I went to the counter but she kept stocking a shelf. My husband came to the counter while I waited for her to come. The associate looked up again and said to ring the bell on the counter. My husband rang the bell. There were 3 associates in the department including the first associate. All 3 looked up and no one came to the counter to assist. I left the counter with the last item and took it to the front checkout. I saw the assistant manager and informed him about the incident. He didn't say anything. I checked out and left the store.
