I had so many questions about renting a truck and using the auto transport and she worked tirelessly to secure the right truck snd showed me how to put my car on the transport. She went out of her way to make sure my truck was available, ready and clean. She even gave me tips on driving with the auto transport and. She is dedicated and has such a caring spirit. She relieved a lot of my stress!!

Less than 24 hours before my scheduled pick-up, Brittney and Melissa rebooked me and changed the pick-up time, claiming central booking made the change — which was not true. They later said someone else reserved the vehicle before me. Because of this, I would have been stuck paying movers for 1½ hours of wasted time with no truck. Thankfully, central booking was able to find me a truck at another location at the last minute, but the stress and inconvenience were unnecessary. This location is dishonest, unprofessional, and unreliable. Avoid at all costs.
