Won't do buisness with them again.
- SSSam Slaughter2 days ago1.0TLDR: lied to repeatedly by one employee. Manager offered us a floor model chair for the same price as a new chair. We ordered a recliner, and were quoted 4 weeks delivery time. After 5 weeks we called back to check on status. We were told “our distributor’s truck broke down and everything is back logged. Two more weeks”. Frustrating, but ok. Wait 3 weeks to be generous. Call again and are told “the manufacturer is on back order, it will be another 2 weeks”. Call back after another 2 weeks “well it’s still on back order, we don’t know when it will be delivered.” We ask to speak to a manager, he tells us “yea it’s been on back order for months. We don’t have any insight into the manufacturers delivery system, so we can’t give you any accurate estimate of delivery” we call out his salesman asking “then why were we lied to at the time of sale, and then repeatedly about the delivery time!?” He doesn’t have a good answer. So we ask “what options do we have? To make this right.” To which he offers us the floor model, at no discount. So full price for a VERY used chair. I refuse and give up at this point, ask for a refund, which has to be done in store of course. I am done with this store and their lies. I would advise you take your money elsewhere.

James always greeted me and assisted me on each visit I made to the store. I liked that he always allowed me to look around freely without pressure sale and if I had a question he always had the answer. When I was ready to make my purchase, James assisted me in picking out what I wanted and walked me through the payment process that was quick and easy. Furniture Row has definitely become my one stop for all my future furniture needs. Customer service always exceeds my expectations and the prices are always the best I've seen.
